LPC Scholarship Terms & Conditions - Legal Practice Course

Criteria for entry

  1. Candidates must successfully apply and be accepted to study the GDL/LPC/BPTC at Kaplan Law School for the year 2012/13
  2. Applications must be received by the advertised deadline. Applications received after these dates will not be considered.
  3. Essays exceeding the given word limit will not be considered.

Terms and conditions

  1. Scholarships act as rebate against course fees for the year 2012/13. Candidates may not defer the award, and the Scholarship will be lost if the winning candidate does not take up his/her place at Kaplan Law School in London.
  2. No cash alternative is available. The scholarship can not be transferred to any other individual. The award will be redeemed against the final instalment of fees owing.
  3. Scholarship winners must agree to help Kaplan Law School at promotional events. A full list of expected duties will be discussed prior to accepting the award.
  4. Short-listed finalists will be informed directly and the winners will be notified by email. Names of all short-listed finalists will be published.
  5. Kaplan Law School reserves the sole discretion to choose the Scholarship winner.
  6. Kaplan Law School may be unable to receipt applications individually.
